Open the Google Pay app?
To set up Google Pay and start using UPI, follow these steps:
1. Open the Google Pay app.
2. Click on your Profile.
3. Go to Bank.
4. Tap on the “Add bank” button.
5. Select your bank account.
6. Grant the necessary permissions, such as SMS and Telephone access.
7. The app will send an SMS from your number to verify with the bank.
8. If you are creating UPI for the first time, you’ll need a Debit card.
9. However, if you have already set up UPI on PhonePe or another app, your GPay UPI will be created automatically.
